Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Returns requested after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with our investigation.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MKICKZ cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Limitation of Liability

MKICKZ products are designed for sneaker care and maintenance. While our products are tested for use on various materials including leather, nubuck, suede, mesh, and canvas, customers are responsible for testing products on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

MKICKZ shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use on materials not recommended for treatment.
